attitude operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). attitude is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. attitude sells phone cases, audio accessories, and computer/tablet accessories manufactured on a print-on-demand basis. All products are made to order. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; slight color or finish variations may occur due to the printing process. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of your order confirmation. Payment is collected in full at the time of order via the payment methods available on the Services. All transactions are secured by our payment provider.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Products are manufactured on demand, which requires a production time of 24–48 hours before shipment. Delivery times vary by destination and are provided as estimates only. attitude is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. 5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for items that are defective, damaged, or non-conforming. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. All content on the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of attitude or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
